CrossFit is defined as “constantly varied, functional movement, performed at high intensity”… but what does this really mean? Well if your initial reaction is one of intimidation, please don’t be. Every single movement is scalable to meet your level of ability.
CrossFit transforms your health and fitness by addressing the 10 domains of fitness; cardiovascular & respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Basically, do things you never thought yourself capable of and feel better inside and out then you ever have done! Such is the effectiveness of CrossFit, combined with a healthy diet, it can actually reverse type 1 diabetes!
