Hyrox is a global fitness race combining running with functional workout stations designed to test your strength, power, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. The race format includes 8 stations, each preceded by a 1k run. These stations are the SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, and Wall Balls.
