The race format includes 8 stations, each preceded by a 1k run. These stations are the SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, and Wall Balls.

Our Hyrox workouts are uniquely written in-house by ErgWOD, a functional fitness programming leader specialising in aerobic capacity. This ensures tailored, high-quality training designed to boost performance.
