It cannot be an addiction if it is good for you, right? I found CrossFit after retiring from team sport, while looking for the most fun way to build muscle without losing fitness. Right away, I booked my Trainer Qualification and drove to London to learn about the magic that is Constantly Varied, Functional Movement, executed at High Intensity (relative to the individual), aka CrossFit!
Our coaching uses measurable, observable and repeatable practices, to make sure members get the best results, to the best standards, all in an atmosphere of inclusivity and excitement. I find there is nothing better than seeing people accomplish things they never thought possible in this environment.
My own pursuit of strength and fitness turned into a real desire to share that with others. Now with 8 years as a CrossFit Trainer, and with teaching my own training system across the world through training camps and seminars, I really get to do what I love. Who wouldn’t love sharing the cure for the world’s most vexing problem?!
